Because after all, if ya don't believe in it, why do you even care about it. Is it hate? are you trying to make us "wise" because i only see atheists don't it. Never someone from a different reliegion. In addition, most of the world belives in religion, what make you think your right?

All humans understand that knowing is better than believing.

No matter how much we believe we are invulnerable, we die if we drink poison or jump from a skyscraper. Irrational belief is evil in all our experiences in daily life.

So why this preference and what difference does it make to him? Why does God value irrational beliefs and decided to stablish his present relation to humans on them?

I know the mother, but not really the child. I wish to send a card of sympathy, but unsure of what words to say, exactly.

The child had been ill for sometime, but was not expected to pass away right now. I think the child was in their mid 30's.

Looking for something nice to say - I cant say I understand the pain they must be suffering, as I haven't been through anything like this at all (thank God.)

a good medium or fortune teller?? i got a reading from a fortune teller on thursday. i paid £35 and she was shite!!! i never gave anything away and only answered yes or no. i know loads of people who have seen her (she is known all over britain).she comes to your house and does the readings. a lot of my friend were shocked after having a reading and a few were upset coz she was so accurate about things!! she said i was really difficult to read but i think it was coz i never gave anything away!!!! i have told people that the must have gave her leads without realising but they are adamant that they never. how did they all think she was great and i thought she was a waste of money???

quran took 23 years to complete. it is allahs words. it can never be changed no matter how much anyone tries. it is protected by allah and noone can change it. what do u think quran? as for other books such as torah, psalm, and bible were also words of allah until people changed them. they are no longer the words of allah. if u find the real version......thats the word of allah. but noone will accept that cuz it will resemble islam. and most people dont want to accept the truth. let me know your opinion and please be mature no rude marks.

What does Islam say about depresison, if there is anything said about it at all? Please provide as extensive an answer as you can. Also please show me where you found the info in other words CITE YOUR WORK!! I'd greatly appreciate it if you could, but please don't let that be the reason (not being able to cite your work) why you don't give an answer.

Also if any person writes an answer that says anything bad about ANY religion, I WILL report it as abuse. If you have something bad to say about someone/something, look it up and get all the facts straight before you say anything.

Is it really men's faults or are women to blame for this double standard? Women are the ones that generally resorts to gossiping about someone rather than men. Men seem to have an easier time separating sex from emotions, while women don't.

Also, another possible theory for this double standard is that women don't have to work hard to get sex from a man. They could just walk into a bar and hook-up in a couple minutes. Men, on the other hand, do. This leads to women being called "easy" while men being considered "cool" for hooking-up with many partners.

I'm from Germany and there guys usually only pay, if they want something from the girl.
Now that I'm here, I get invited all the time and I'm wondering if all the guys "expect" something.
I don't want to be rude and deny any invitation so I try also to buy the drinks every now and then but somehow the boys are always "ahead" of me.

Is it just polite in England? Or do they only invite girls because they want something?

some(not all) of the non-believers on this forum are constantly asking for proof that God exists, when they know very well that ther is no proof of his existence? Why can't they simply respect other peoples beliefs?

I would also like to point out that there is no proof, from either side, on weather he exists or not. Everyone with common sense knows this!
