Your best bet is actually "Frohe Weihnachten", that's approximately /'froh-he 'vy-nagh-ten/ where the "oh" sound is very close, long, and rounded, and the "gh" is the sound of the "ch" in scottisch "loch".
"Fröhliche Weihnachten" sounds like "/'frer-lih-shay 'vy-nagh-ten/" with the first "er"is like the "er" in "her", but closer and longer, with the "r" not pronounced, the British way.
By the way, my spelling of it is the way the Germans expect it to be done.

It's pronounced, "Frohliches Weihnachtem". The reason your having trouble is because there is an umlaut over the "o".
"Freeelickis Vynouchstem" is pretty close to the actual pronunciation.

Froh as in "to and fro"
Lich -- as in "leek", but change the end into a gutteral "ch" as in the Scottish "loch".
es as in "us"

Wei as in "vie" meaning compete.
Nach as in "knack" only softening the end into a gutteral "ch" as in the Scottish "loch".
ten as in "ton".

The stresses come on the "Froh" and the "Wei". Just work through it piecemeal, tackling it piece by piece and speed up.
