Most guys know that their genitals, particularly their testicles, are quite sensitive to touch. Lots of nerves, you know.

Also, males tend to have weaker muscles in the groin area than females.

There is no guaranteed way of stopping the pain, but a lot of guys just use ice or a cold pack wrapped in a towel.

Think about it. You are suffering a blunt impact to soft tissue that is full of nerve endings and is probably being pushed up against the bones beind it. There is no proven way to relieve it. If jumping has worked for you, consider yourself lucky. I've seen people roll around unable to jump for a while.. I suggest you were an athletic supporter.

Did that ball swell a lot or did the size not change? If it got enlarged you should see a Dr. Put an ice pack on it for a few hours a day:that will help it. And take a painkiller. Colors

The genitalia (both male and female) are the most sensitive parts of the body and hurt terribly if struck or mishandled. When playing sports it's a good idea to use a protector cup (referred to as a jock strap).

try because there are many nerve endings there. No bones about it. I am a female so I wouldn't know what to do to remedy the situation. You could try ice.

It's because of all the nerve endings. More nerve endings = More feeling.
