Anytime you find a preacher or leader denouncing one activity or another, you'll end up finding him/her engaged in it.

Interesting how Jesus called these denouncers "hypocrites".
"You who judge...Hypocrites! don't you do the same things you speak against!?"

Look at Haggard. Want to end up like him? Jesus would have been riding his hypocrisy in the papers for 3 years before Haggard would've had Bush put him down (maybe make it look like the Iraqi's did it tho)

Judging others means that the "law of death" is still alive in you!! So please, please, stop doing it. Your standards aren't "higher". They're just puffed up. Read 2Cor3

(By the way, I don't judge people who judge. They just kill me.)

Then why did some of you report C-Junk off this site (don't try to deny it, he only asked Christian questions). Could it be that he knew more about the bible than you will ever know, and he asked questions that made you feel uncomfortable? Well, I have news for you: Until he gets back, or until I am suspended, I will be doing my best to ask the questions that make you so uncomfortable.

According to my knowledge Jews were awaiting two prophets - Alijah and Messaih.

John and Jesus could not settle their positions as to who is Messaih amongs them! (As per the prophecy ).

They accepted each other as prophets with message of God.There was no question " Who is God / Man".

I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE, only meant, at that time, that in purpose and message, we are one. No jew could take it as divine relation of body and soul?

Jesus also said, in the Gospal of John, to Desciples YOU AND ME ARE ONE? Then we shall have to accept 13 or 14 Gods for our salvation?

How you see this situation? - Thanks.

God is one of three and three in one?

1=God=A
1=Jesus=B
1=Holy Ghost=C

A+B+C=1+1+1=1??

Your common example: Water exists in three forms, solid, liquid and gas.

It is in a different physical state YES, but the basic composition remains the same, two molecules of Hydrogen and one molecule of Oxygen - H20. God and Holy Ghost are spirits but Jesus was a man flesh & bones (according to the Bible). So they are NOT the same then. Any answers?

And if any one of these three were to be polluted, wouldn't ALL three get polluted? if you added color to the water, the ice cubes would be colored too. Any answers?

Don't ask me to to 'just believe' because its too late for that. Islam demands that we ask these questions.

Also, how is it that word 'trinity' does not appear in the bible? Did you know that is found in the Qur'an atleast three times?

They are useless. You can never expect miracles.
Let's say you have dick cancer. No matter how much you pray you will still die if it's incurable. Or let's say you prayed for a promotion.
Lets say you got it, but your Boss is a Muslim. What will God have to do with this? Did he direct the Muslim to promote you? Then where is freedom of choice? If God interprets with other people's action/thought, than there is no freedom of choice, isn't it?
So yeah, prayers are a bunch of bullshit, it's only a mere of coincidence. You get something, its God. You don't, it's God great plan for you. So yeah, think about it superstitious morons, and the real truth will unfold to you.

Because I'm not. I wouldn't even classify myself as being a good person, i haven't lived a very good life. I've done a lot of drugs, stole, lied a lot, and i have been a hore. I'm 36 and i am trying to turn over a new leaf. But I have hurt a lot of people and hurt myself a lot too. I can honestly swear to God that I would take back all the evil **** i've done if i could and start over and do it right, earn what i get, wait for the right woman, you know. But right now i am earning what i get, but i can't make up for all the things i took that hurt people, and if the right woman did come along i couldn't even be with her because of all the baggage i have from all the wrong women i screwed up with and left me feeling stupid and dirty.I know i love jesus with all my heart, but i can't say i'm so sure he loves me yet. I wouldn't love me if i was him. How do i get past this?

I was at the beach today alone and I saw some weird figure in the water. I had the impression that someone was drowning so I jumped into the water but there was no one there anymore, I was about 10 meters from the land and I looked back at the beach and I saw a figure in gray robe and some kind of light directed to him from the sky! I couldn't believe it and as soon as I started swimming towards the beach the figure dissapeared!

Here I am again, Back to my old tricks, will I ever learn. anyway here goes
Christians say that the Big Bang Theory is false because of the creation of something from nothing. Yet isn’t this what God is about? Isn’t he something from nothing? If we are to believe that he created everything and that something is from something, then God is from something. How could he be formed from himself? And what about the miracle atoms that God is made from, what created them?
Have fun and please don't be offended,T hanks again to everyone who takes the time to answer me seriously

Christians have an idol of the Lord Jesus in every church. I know that idolatry is condenmed in the Bible too. So, why do Christians prefer to have an idol of Jesus Christ when it goes against the very essence of the Christian faith?

No one-liners please!

I noticed there's a lot of teen guys lately who wear their hair in feminine styles no different than an attractive girls hair style. Some of these guys are very thin, present themselves as un-masculine, some wear tight clothes in a way some girls do. Surely many are straight & probably attract many girls because of their feminine appearance.

Point is, clearly if a guy is attracted to certain feminine aspects of girls, like their pretty flowing hair, dainty bodies, etc, that if a guy has those traits & you see him from a distance, if he looks feminine enough because of the angle your seeing, he will look like an attractive chick for that moment. Some guys you can't really tell until you see their face, chin & forehead, etc.

Question is, don't these guys feel strange when other guys mistaken them for pretty girls (even some girls do) at first glance because of how they present themselves? Is supressing maculine appearance to attract girls worth it? Isn't that kind of degrading?

The Bible has all these verses about how if you ask for something in the name of Jesus, it will be given to you and how God will give us what we want if we ask and how he wants to help us.

My significant other is suffering with lupus, the organ-threatening type. He lives each day in constant pain and currently walks with a cane. He is 26 years old and still forced to hold down a job so he can keep his insurance, and is toughing it through school at the same time. He could die at any time if his immune system decides that some vital organ is a threat and attacks it. He also has a five-year-old daughter who relies on him for support (his wife left him when the baby was a week old; he's not her biological parent).

There are countless people praying for him, in accordance with exactly what the Bible says. So where is his healing? Did God lie? Why doesn't the Bible explain this? It just says ask for it in my name and it will be given. But it's not.
