Any supposed line of descendants of Jesus (such as "who fathered three children") is to be considered not credible.

As for the origins of the "first people of Ireland" ...perhaps some associate them with the ideas of the British-Israelites. Or you might consider http://www.irelandseye.com/irish/people/settlers/prehist1.shtm which, of course, includes evolutionist-type dating.

There is another legend which some believe, of David's descendants being connected with British Royalty. British-Israelism or similar named groups. Some of them believe that the Lost Ten Tribes of the Northern House of Israel’s descendants are to be found in the Anglo-Saxon-Celtic and kindred peoples of today.

The lineage isn't exactly to the first people of Ireland but there is a connection:

beginning with King David, the lineage passes through Yeshua Ben Joseph (Jesus) who fathered three children, the eldest being a daughter, Tamar. Through her, the Morovingian Kings of France which lead to the founding of the Cathars who had to escape the Catholics (Somebody was always having to escape the Catholics). Then to Prince Henry St. Clair (Sinclair) who was a Member of the poor Knights of Christ and the Temple of Solomon, who had to escape the King of France (Phillip IV) and the Catholics (again) and settled first on the East Coast of Ireland before some moved on to Scotland where they fought alongside Robert the Bruce against the English.

This is the first time I've heard this mentioned here. I'm not sure about the lineage to Ireland but I saw something awhile back about the lineage to England. Dr Gene Scott, may he rest in peace, told about it on his TV show. I'm sure if you did a search on his ministry you would be able to locate what you're looking for. I know that his wife continued his ministry and teaching after his death about a year ago. Good luck.
