Leviticus 18:22 states that we homosexuality is an abomination and yet we still tolerate it in the US instead of putting those who are guilty of it to death. We are tolerant of adultery and do not stone those who sin according to Leviticus 24: 10-16. Surely the word of God is eternal and unchanging.

We also abolished slavery and went against Leviticus 25:44, we also wear clothes made to several types of thread (cotton/polyester) Leviticus 19:19 and plant fields with more than one type of grain. Surely this should follow the bible more closely so that we can be welcomed back to the fold of God?

Just read this interesting post on another Q:

"Yes, I agree. There is only one true religion according to the Bible. The bible says you will know the false religions by their works. False religion

Meddles in war and politics.
Spreads false doctrine
Tolerates immoral sex."

Just to remind any people that believe the same thing, Ted Haggard had a weekly conference call with the president and we shalln't even go into his somewhat dubious sex life.

Does this mean his form of christianity was false?

Why are non-Muslims not able to go to Mecca? Isn't this discrimination?

On the religious and spiritual forum, alot of peole are posting questions that, in my opinion, are both rude and insulting to the Christian religion. We Christians have not posted any questions that would insult others, so why insult us? I am a strong believer in my faith, and I come to this forum to help other believers strengthen theirs. I don't think I should have to sift through a list of inappropriate questions to help someone out. Please, if you want to be rude, find another forum to post it on. If you have a serious question, feel free to ask for advise from me.

Here is what I mean - the money the current generation of pensioners paid in NI has long since been spent (since the formula has always been that the workers of the day pay for the pensioners of the day) - however, often pensioners seem to give the impression that since they paid NI there is a pot of money rightfully theirs sitting there.. there isn't - a pot I mean!

Rarely however do pensioners express any sympathy with this generation of workers who will also pay NI their whole working lives yet be lucky to see that money returned due to the demographic crisis..

Plus with the unprecended and I believe unsustainable growth in property prices, this generation of pensioners also benefited from a windfall that neither there parent's/children's generation will..

So although it is not easy being retired - at least as I see it - this generation of pensioners are arguably better off than any other.

it's such a weird gift to talk about, without people thinking you may be prideful talking about it. I just know when I am around people that are sick, I can feel tingles in my throat if they have a sore throat without them even telling me they are sick, I just have that spidey sense. Before being a christian I thought God gave me that gift to avoid those people so I wouldn't get sick, now I am thinking something else?

I'm learning to speak spanish but I'm so afraid that people are going to laugh at me when I actually speak it. My boyfriend and his family all speak spanish (their native language) and I know they won't make fun of me if I mess up, but I am so parinoid. Tell me I can do it! Por favor :)

Why are antifoot people so adamant-feet are just another errogenous zone is all .

I dont see the point of foot-a-phobia and repulsion
i mean im not saying it should be your thing by any stretch of the imagination however just about any part on a womans body can be an errogenous zone for us males. It could be the nape of your neck , your hair ,your earlobe , or your sides .

I also dont see how selfish a foot fetish is if you take care of a womans needs such as what she wants. Its amazing how many times i hear in threads on how selfish a guy is for having a foot fetish .Heck if pay attention to her breast , carress her derrier andgo down on a woman for a 1/2 an hour or more , make love to her whats selfish about sucking her toes or getting a footjob .

My boss like to turn on a Christian radio station in the restaurant since we have a lot of people enjoy to listen it.
However, once a while some customer will come to me and ask me to turn it off and said I can't play in this station here!!

Do I have right to play a Christian music in the restaurant?

christmas is just around the corner - or thats what consumerism is telling us. in reallity its about a month and a half away.
Any way, i need ideas on presents - so they r not last minute
I am so not in to just buying the normal gifts - or even worse giving vouches (plus there is no way i have enough money to do that).

PS I need to give to 2 parents, 2 teenage brothers, 2 grandparents. But if you have ideas for anyone else - i have lots of cousins that i could give to.
Please could you give me some ideas on nice gifts, ie things that the recipient will really appreciate. I dont mind if its quite cheep ( infact id prefer it) or i need to spend some time making it.

Any ideas please help, or maybe something youve given/recieved. Please, any answer is worth something. thanx

I tend to like, Charles Stanley, Hillsong Church, and Chuck Swindol. Any other ones that you might think I would like based on these three I already like, (not just one that you like personally).

Whatever happened to freedom of speech?
I know a few people, myself included who have put some questions on this site only to have them removed for offending other users. What is the world coming to when you can't even express your own opinions without getting violated?

Dont you think we should concentrate on helping our own countrys poor and needy first before giving away billions to help other countrys like Africa.

Surely with all that money we would save we could eradicate poorness, have the best free healthcare in the world, have safe streets with little crime due to no one being needing cash.

Once our own country was truely fine we could then help out other needy nations.

Remember we are one of the richest countrys in the world so what I say is completly possible.

So do you agree with me?
