it's such a weird gift to talk about, without people thinking you may be prideful talking about it. I just know when I am around people that are sick, I can feel tingles in my throat if they have a sore throat without them even telling me they are sick, I just have that spidey sense. Before being a christian I thought God gave me that gift to avoid those people so I wouldn't get sick, now I am thinking something else?

Well first you should know that the gift is not a supernatural ability you have to heal. It is an open channel through which God heals. You are a vessel through which the elixer passes not the elixer.
You sensations imply that you may have that gift. The way to exercise it is to bring yourself into a place of spiritual connectedness and pray for healing of the person you are with. Touch is not necessary a requirement but there is power in the humn touch. None of this ever has to be done in a way that anyone would ever know that it is happening. Silent prayer is just as powerful as spoken prayer. Infact the only time this should be done with spoken prayer or attention drawn to the healing is if it is giving witness to the glory of God.
Often God's healing is through medicine not miracle. Sometimes illness must destroy itself by worsening before healing occurs.
Do not promise anything other than praying for the person healing if it is god's will. There are times that God's will does not include healing. In those times the person must look for how God is blessing them in other ways. T oa saved soul death in this life is to be mourned but not feared. If it is time for you to start a new work with God in heaven and God needs you illness for other works such as bringing family members closer and reconciling relationships then you will be ill and can count that as a blessing.

People don't heal others, God does.
People can assist in the process but they are only conduits.

Are people healed when you pray for them? Do people seek you out to pray for them? Do you consistantly notice peoples' ailments being healed after you've prayed for them?

absolutely ANYONE.
you just must have FAITH, and God's grace be with you.
just by FAITH itself, mountains can move, a tree maybe be replanted in the sea.
