Well I guess it depends on how offensive the question is and who you offend. Certain people have been allowed to stir up hatred at the british and have got away with it but british people certainly aren't allowed to offend anyone of another nation. We aren't allowed to mention Christmas in the work place now!
Out there freedom of speech has become selective.

i think swearing is a horrible part of the english language but some people dont. thats life but if children use the internet and see people swearing all over the internet they will think its ok. you should have freedom of speech as in contreversial ideas, thats what makes the world great and interesting but the bad language brings them down. hey this is coming from a 14 year old

My friend do you not yet realize that we live in a country of thin-skinned victims. Everyone is a victim whether it be because of skin color, sexual preferences, height, weight, age etc ad nauseum. Political correctness is more important and more powerful than our Constitution. As Joan Baez sang "Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose." Think about that and remember that freedom of speech is really defined today by who is speaking and who has to hear it.

I wanted to know who killed Bambi - with regards to the Sex Pistols song. It was removed. Why was that then? Not rude is it? Or offensive? Its not even anti-bambi. Just a question. I don't think this site needs to be censored at all, if you don't like a question, don't answer it. Easy.

I haven't read your other question so I'm not sure what was wrote. I do believe in freedom of speech as long as it's not abusive.

And it is not like you are asking rude or obnoxious questions, either, but someone is ticked off for whatever reason and WHOOSH!
There also has to be a better method to defend yourself against
these charges

It makes a mockery of democracy - it's not as if most of the violations are actually causing any harm.
