PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE RESPONDING.

Genesis 2:17 (KJV)
"But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die"

Notice that the sense says that it says they will die on THAT day--not weeks, months, or years later.

Let me guess, "die" means to be "separated from god," so if that is the case, why didn't he say that instead of using the word die?

So why did god lie? Is god a sinner? Seems so.

I have a friend who due to back problems had to start sleeping on her tummy. But she said she hates sleeping that way Cause it hurts her boobs.. ok well she is sort of large.. I think like 34B?? Not huge and they are real. So let me ask you this. Do any of you others have a hard time with sleeping on your tummy because of your boobs?? I mean aren’t boobs just fat and flatten out when you lay on them?? So how can they hurt?/ it is ANY time. Not just THAT time of month. Please help me understand.. I had never heard of that before.

I believe they can because they aren't as concerned about day to day life & are more clear-headed than adults. My grandmother passed away & the home was about to be sold & since it was a great source of comfort to me I wanted to see it one more time. I was in the living room looking out the window & my daughter (6 at the time) was looking all through the rooms smiling. I was doing all I could not to cry when she came over with a big grin, hugged me & said " They're still here mom, I can feel them...they never left".

How do you feel about this?

well about the blood atonement can we use that?
Moses said "The Life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it upon the altar to make atonement for your soul."

with no temple, if we reject the Messiah we have no atonement for sins.
proven by Isaiah 52:13-53:12

If we reject that there is a hell
Daniel said its abhorance forever Daniel 12vs2
Jesus said its gnashin teeth forever Revelation 19-22nd chapters

If we reject the bible
"Jesus saith, the one that rejects my words, shall be judged by them in the last day." John 12vs48

If we reject the rest of salvation
"Jesus saith, except ye repent and be born again, ye cannot see the kingdom of heaven." John 3

So what excuse can we give?

please help.. if you are a christian - Please do not answer.. if you are not, please do not be insulting towards them..
My gf goes to church (i mean, not just attends.. she is pretty serious at times).. And I just want to get the thoughts of 'it's wrong' out of her head.. Because I know they are always there.. Even when we are making love.. And I know they drag strength and joy out of her.. and out of our relationship, which otherwise is so .. full of love..exciting.. intimate.. caring.. The problem is also that she is a very responsible person, and wouldnt give up the 'ministries' she does for her local church, because people depend on her.. For me, it means more or less constant brainwashing and exposure to what is 'righteous and good'... And her pushing me away.. What do I do....
