I've walked through a cemetery at night many times because when I lived at home with my parents it was a shortcut home after a night out!! I have to say I was never alone when I did this and I was always a little drunk. Also its quite a well lit cemetery as the church tower is illuminated at night. I found it to be a more peaceful place than a scary one. What scared me more than the dead bodies / possibility if seeing a ghost was the fact that there might be a mugger or rapist or something hiding behind one of the gravestones!

When my son passed away I spent alot of time into the late hours of the night in the cemetery with him. Rain, snow and thick fog. There were some moments I was scared. After about 6 years it has become "friendlier place" to me.

As you get older with age and accept death as being a normal, inevitable transition in life, the cemetery starts to look more like a friend that cradles you in eternal sleep than a place where spirits will harm you.

Nope, I actually enjoy cemeteries. I like really old headstones. Some are quite beautiful. Cemeteries are quiet and peaceful. I've seen souls without bodies (ghost) but never in a cemetery.

I think this would be quite a shaking experience. I would not be scared as I would be reciting Quran and praying for Allah's mercy to reach those dead bodies and myself when I join them (this is what muslims should do when they pass by a cemetry).

However, I would make me question my choices and how ready I am to be one of those at any minute. What will become of me when there is no chance to do good anymore or undo the wrong I did? Am I ready to be questioned about everything I did? What about the prayers I forgot to do and did not make up for? What bout the gossip I am struggling to quit? What about all those times I was not nice to my mother?

The dead are far less dangerous than the living. No, I am not afraid of cemeteries at night. I have walked through them many times, although it is generally illegal to do so.

No. If there is light or in the moonlit nights. In fact, it is spiritually healthy to visit graveyards often, and to stop for a moment when passing by one, or while in passing by to say the Salutation of Peace to the dead. So in our turn, our souls too shall be benifitted by the Salutation.

this might sound weired, but no,
cemetery is one of the most quite ant safest places at night, no one will go there,
after all, there are only dead people buried in there, they are not going to come out, well not yet, until judgement day
