Why do Christians makes mean comments about Athiests and Agnostics and vice versa? I mean stuff like: 'You'll burn in Hell' and 'You have to be in idiot to believe in God' and stuff like that... it's just rude. It's not expressing a point it's just being impolite and oughtn't be done in any circle. I'm Christian and a lot of my friends are Athiests but we're never ever rude to eachother about that or to even discuss religion.

Having to give money to any form of religious belief that you believe in, seems crazy. It must be the largest con in history.

Giving 10% of your salary to a religion is ridiculous... meanwhile you may not even be able to have your kids go to college, because all your money is going to tithing.... Instead, put 10% a year in a savings account, and then you will be able to help or fully pay for your kids' college tuition.

Maybe it is because I am not properly educated with this... so from my possible lack of education, all i have to say is, "wake up people!"

I just called my health insurance and the customer service rep. I spoke with, hardly spoke English, I felt like telling her if I could be transferred to someone who was more fluent in speaking English. I could barely understand what she was saying to me. Would it be rude if I had told her to transfer me to someone who was more fluent???

Ok in one of the arcticles of faith it says that man will not be punished for adams transgression. Are they talking about all mankind or just men. I kinda think that women are being punished for eve's transgression. I have wondered this for sooooo long! Please let me know!

what makes your religion any better than mine?
i am a practicing pagan now for over 20 years.
i found my path and it has brought me peace to my heart and helped to make me a better man, father, and husband.
if yours has done that for you then... far out! but what right do some of you (note i said some not all) have to condem me?
your own scriptures tell you not to judge me and yet you do.
you try and pick and choose which sciptures you want to follow.
how can you do this and still call yourself a christian?
it's either all or nothing according to your bible.

Let me say this, I ask atheists quetions because it seems that they do not use the words of others(jesus, the bible) to convey what they feel. THey express how they feel in the most honest way that fascinates me. I ask the questions because I am intrigued by atheists, because I try to relate to everyone's way of thinking, so that I better know my own. It is the human experience for me the connection of other persepectives that brings me closer to my own truth. Why would someone assume that I mean to convert, because I ask the question of an atheists faith or lack of one.

Are the actions of God rightious simply because you call him God?
Should you not question the morality of such a being?
You can't say God is good simply because he is God.

Take away the name for a moment. If an entity/being came to earth and killed every man, woman, child, and animal on the planet because they felt like it, wouldn't you think that to be wrong? If Hitler claimed to be God and deemed Jews evil that wouldn't change the fact that he committed genocide. Why should we hold "God" to any less standard?

Even if that entity "created" us does that give them the right?
My parents had a hand in creating me. But that doesn't give them ownership to my being. They don't have the right to my existence.

Should we not question the morality of "God"? Is he even worthy of worship? There are so many examples in the Bible where if you take out the name God you would think these acts were done by an evil being.

I submit that actions are not Godly simply because you call somethiing God.

So i have this feeling often especially at my grandparents house.You know that feeling when someone walks in the room,you just sense someone has entered?You haven't heard,seen,smelt,felt anyone enter you just get this strange feeling?Well i get that feeling when someone walks into the room though occasionally i get the feeling and there is no one there.That plays a part in my story so i just thought id explain it.

Well i was sitting in the room i am in now and on the laptop i am on now and the sofa i am in now.It was really late and my parents had just went to bed and told me not to stay down to long.I was just sitting there typing when i got the "enter" feeling,i have never had it at my own house before.I looked up and i was sure i saw something in the corner of my eye.So i carried on typing but the room went absolutely freezing.Then i felt someone sit in the sofa beside me and there was little dimple on it.There was no one there.I got anova story too hold on
