I believe that abortion is murder , plain and simple
All done in the almighty womens right to choose, I say finish the sentence, right to choose to commit murder.
In 1936 the german Supreme High court rules that a Jew was not a person, In 1972 The U.S. Spreme Court ruled in effect under Roe V. Wade that an unborn child is not a person.
So when does it stop? keep abortion legal and how far will it go?
Choose to euthenize a child after 1 month old? oh.. Why stop there, 3 months? a year? before a child is considered to be a person.

I don't see how anyone can be in favor of partial birth abortion. This is done when the baby is 21 weeks or farther along. The earliest a baby has ever survived is 21 weeks, and the stats increase dramatically every day the pregnancy progresses. When a woman is that far a long and then something happens where she cant go on, they do a C-section, not an abortion.

I think the supreme court should leave some decisions to a woman and her doctors.
Partial-birth or any other kind of abortion is a medical procedure, and America is built on freedom - that Freedom comes with responsibility.
For the Supreme Court to rule on this issue they'd have to be medical doctors and they're not.
For the Supreme Court to rule on this issue they'd have to insult the faith and values of every woman in America, by taking away the choice from all of them, right or wrong, and replacing their individual responsibilities with edicts from their bench - and they'd have to do all that without the slightest Professional Medical Experience or sentiments.
If a choice is wrong for you, you can make a different choice. That's freedom. If that same choice is right for someone else you will have to learn to tolerate and respect that person's individual choice - if you can't do that then you're not living up to what America is all about.
The same people who want to outlaw all forms of abortion for all women,
they are the same ones who cannot respect or tolerate anyone whose faith, values, or religion are different than theirs, and that intolerance is the exact opposite of what made and makes America great.
So I do not agree with the Supreme Court getting to rule on this in the first place. They have better things to do.
Good Luck!

It might desire to be hard to stick a similar question, back and back back, understanding finished properly you're merely attempting to unfold lies. The partial beginning abortion ban became meant as a gateway to overturning Roe V. Wade, it extremely is why Obama adversarial it. The technique, regardless of what you're desperately attempting to get human beings to have self assurance, is merely no longer infanticide following beginning. that's no longer fact. Democrats who did no longer oppose the ban have been probable scared to look too professional-selection, using fact the Republican politicians and the Christian fundamentalist backers that presented the law manipulated the placement so as that it regarded that opposing the ban became some style of beastly act.

While I believe all abortion is murder, I do not forsee a day when first trimester abortion will be outlawed. However, I do firmly believe that I will live to see partial birth abortion outlawed. ANyone who supports it needs help. To carry a child to almost birth (or wait until birth) to kill it is just wrong. Some pro-choicers argue that the embryo can't feel pain in first trimester abortion, but even they must admit that partial birth is like killing a newborn baby. I think it is something we can all agree on.

Abortion is ugly and so is raising an unwanted child. So whatever it take to prevent unplanned conception is the best course. Abstinence counseling, open education, cheap and readily available contraceptives, Plan-B and even adoption are all things that can be worked on from both sides of the political front.
Abortion is only a "Choice" after an unwanted pregnancy occurs.

I'm not American but I do believe it should be banned. Only a sick person can carry a baby for nine months only to have it killed while giving birth. Have you ever seen a baby being born? It is the most beautiful thing in the world.

I thought they already said that it wasn't in the constitution therefore it wasn't up to them to decide. That's why we are voting on this issue? And also they should have never gotten into Roe vs Wade, it was a big mistake?
Maybe I am not getting it?
How cruel to take a living person who is able to feel pain and stick a probe into it's brain and kill it.

No I don't agree with stopping late term abortions. They are rare, necessary in the cases they are used, and regulated. People really need to read up on facts on these issues.

I don't need a court to tell me its murder, but I hope they will agree that's its wrong too.
