If you are saying "Yes,i will go to Heaven because I am a good person" well you may be a good person but just one little sin can seperate us from God.(Romans 3:10,3:23) You see, the world is full of sin.no matter how much we do,we cannot earn our way to Heaven.So,God sent His Son into the world,to die for us.He lived a sinless life,and died(John 3:16).Then he rose from the dead. I know that most of you will be American and will probably say that the USA is the best thing since sliced bread. However, I challenge you to be analytical and tell me what you think are the major problems in the United States.

P.S. I'm not American, I've never been there, I'm a teacher so this isn't a homework question. I'm just curious to see how self-critical people can be of their own country.

Following a decent meal we had the other night, I was a bit miffed that the bill had added a service charge of 15%. As such I paid the bill and did not leave a cash tip (I am not that rich!)

Am I allowed to ask for the service charge to be removed and then leave the 10-15% as a cash tip?

The reason being that I want my 'tip' to go into the pocket of the person who has been working hard serving the table (and probably isn't paid great deal) rather than the house who are proabably making enough money from the meal anyway.

John 10:10 says, "I (Jesus) came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance."
How can someone who is in pain enjoy life? And no medications are working? Why do some people who do have faith and believe in God have to have such painful and slow deaths?
I believe in the Lord. I am just trying to grow in my faith. I am having a very rough time right now.
