You might wanna try getting one of those cheap Zippo wannabes and taking it out of there. It's hard to find Zippo parts. Unless you have a tobacco shop around.

Most stores that sell cigarettes, also sell flints. They don't have to be Zippo brand. I use Ronson flints in my Zippo lighter.

Zippo has always had a life-time repair policy for their lighters. If you write them and give them as much info as you can regarding the lighter, they will send you the replacement part needed.

A good tobacconist or if you still have the box etc, send it back to America and they'll fix it. They have a lifetime guarantee
