so does this mean the Trinity was incomplete when Jesus(pbuh) died for three days?

I would like to donate to charity, but I do not have any money. So is there a way I could donate something else, besides money. Like, collecting something then each changing it. I really like to support the fight against breast cancer, helping the needy, feeding the children, something along those lines.

Why do they think an apocryphal book can be used for edification when there are obviouse errors in it?

I believe God will bless the Catholic church above and beyond their expectations if they shine the light on tares (false beliefs) in the church and remove them. God is going to do that himself soon if Christians don't.

I have heard that Colombians speak the best Spanish in Latin America. I lived in El Salvador for a year and their Spanish uses so much local slang it's unbelievable. My Spanish teacher is Equadorian and I was just wondering where their Spanish would rate on the scale.

God is everything. God has no ego, no psyche. It is a ******* enigma to me that Christians create this Lordship and worship toward God. God is not a man! God does not contemplate such pettiness. God is everything. I hope that we can some day come to grips with this and set aside our respective Bibles. OK, I've decided to go as a Gold Digger for Halloween...i'm going to wear black jeans and a black shirt. I'm spray painting my jeans and shirt with gold spray paint. I'm making a miners hat, i painting kids beach shovels gold, carrying a bag of gold rocks, and wearing a dollar sign necklace and ring. Does anyone have anything else to add to the costume??

Suddenly you can’t understand things like cosmology and evolution but you can read the Bible and believe that slavery, genocide, misogyny, murder, and sexual slavery are the moral high ground.

My dog really did die, last week, but that has nothing to do with my I'm not going to class today. I'm not going to class because I had a really bad morning this morning and I did not feel like going to class. I know I know I'm a terrible person and I'm wasting my education. The point is, I already missed my class (it was at 8am) and now I need to e-mail my prof. and tell him why. I don't want to use anything that I wouldn't want to happen to me. I know it sounds weird, but I feel like if I say, "I'm sick," then I will get sick. If I say, "a family member is sick," then I am afraid one will get sick. Please no "go to class/tell the truth" answers because I am not asking for that. I know I should have gone to class, it's my first one I missed. I do drive a car and have a car on campus so I can't say car troubles. So would "my dog died" be a good enough excuse? I could say I had to take him to the vet and he died? If not, what do you suggest saying? Would my excuse be a silly reason?

I'm not a faithful myself, but I was raised a Catholic. It seems silly to me to worship a man - when in the same breath we call him God. Why not just believe in God? Why create a cult around Jesus? I should add, that I believe Jesus was God as we are all God. Only he was the first and most profound human being to realize it. When I say we are God, I mean that we are all created from God and in the likeness of God. So as part of God's creation, we have all inhereted a divine nature. And please, don't quote scripture to answer this question.

If you believe that the stories in the bible are literal,even you must realise it is physically impossible for a man (Noah for example) to live to be 600 years old.
If you believe the stories are metaphorical, then they are not TRUE.That being the case, how can you be so sure that any of it is based on fact?

Last night, while talking with a friend, I realized something. I found what I was looking for!!! I realized that I found 'it'. My friend can be best described as 'a soul struggling for answers'. We were talking about the dangers the world faces with terrorism and fanatical, nuclear capable, leaders of rogue countries. My friend, is very concerned that we may face more terrorist attacks in our country.. . the U.S. He's very frustrated with the proliferation of HATRED towards us. In the midst of all the 'worries' he had, I suddenly realized that, although I am truly concerned as well, I don't 'worry' about it. I know that if all these terrible things do happen, then surely Jesus is only a minute away. I've always known this, but last night was different. Last night, I 'felt true inner-Peace'. Thinking it and feeling it are very different. I hope for all, that you too, 'find' this PEACE. What a blessing. Thank the Lord, Jesus Christ. Are your eyes and ears OPEN to finding this Peace?
