Responisibility is many things that can't be in a certain frame of words , but mainly it is shown through the person's actions not words , as words might reflect "the should be " from the person's own perspective more than it reflects what he really does when he's in these situations , needless to say that responsibility is not exclusive to certain ages , as we may find people who are 55 years old and still acting like minors with no responsibility at all , in the other side we can see children who are responsible for a whole family protection and support , so Responsibility can be the ability to wisely deal with the situation by the adoption of a certian idea or approach in a way that you think will work best for the solution of that situation and for all the parties within that situation , and wheather it worked or not , you shoud be fully aware that the results done belong to your decisoion , so you're the one to modify it or to be blame , not to delegate the blame to the others in case it didn't work , Responsibility is both duties and rights , how to do your duties and to get your rights , how to protect those people under your authority or control " in a degree or another like the presidents and decision makers in any country " , as it's a disaster if the leader has no responsibility of his actions , and if everyone of us is aware of his responsibilities towards himself and the others , I'm sure that we will live in a completely different world , as all these problems around us , presents the lack of integrity and no sense of responsibility "i.e. people wasting lives of the others while they are required to protect and improve it " .... if everyone just watches his own actions before judjing the others , we can know the difference !
