Imagine if someone offered you £1,000,000 but said you would have to be shot in 5 years. Is it better to have 5 brilliant years or to live longer and suffer 50 dull years?

I used to work at store, and over time I grew very irritated by people who would come up with there goods to my register talking on their cell phones while i was ringing them up. Some would acknowege me and talk to me, while others would not say a single word to me. At one point I got so irritated by people who countined to ignore me as I rung up there goods, that I would not start ringing up there order before they either said something to me or hung up their phone. This worked a couple times untill I got this young girl about my age who started yelling at me when I didnt start her order. I explained to her I was waiting for her to tell me to start, since she seemed to be in an such an important coversation. This made her go off about how I was just a clerk, and had no right to say that. What do you think? Is it ok to talk on the phone while being served?

Has anyone else noticed that it impossible for the religous folks hanging about to answer a question without mentioning god in one form or another?

Someone asked wether they were a good person or not because they weren't religous. Most non-god reffering say yes, while god reffering say (and I'm paraphrasing) If you believe in god you're good, if not your lost to him, or him to you.

The Question asked was "Do you think I'm doing something wrong?" (Please search for full text of the question)

It Was A Simple Yes or No Question. God Doesn't Need To Enter Every Topic Of Discussion.

My Question Again Is:

Has anyone else noticed that it impossible for the religous folks hanging about to answer a question without mentioning god in one form or another?

When placing your opinion here please be polite:
In Your Opinion, What is (1) Alchemy, (2) Witchcraft, (3) Voodoo, (4) Herbology, and (5)magick TO YOU?
Not, what you have heard, what do you know about it what is YOUR definition on them?

If you are going to address my question please address the whole thing!
One more rule, you can’t look it up either, you have paw at your brains door to see what comes out of the closet. No skeletons I hope, eek, well then again it is getting close to Halloween, Santa Clause’s skeleton got to come out eventually.
Oh yeah side question, Why doesn’t anybody ever dress up as Santa Clause for Halloween?
Thank you!

If not, why not? Has the 'threat' of AIDS and other blood related diseases detered you from giving blood?

1. Push their religion so hard onto others? I know that they have been taught that it is their duty to tell people about God/Jesus etc. but, if someone looks at them and says, I'm not Christian, why can't they just say have a wonderful day and go on about their business instead of trying to keep pushing their religion so hard saying that it is the only way to true salvation?
