Hmm, I'm not a religious person, but my guess would be that Hell (if it exists) if for The Unforgiven.
See Clint Eastwood movie entitled "The Unforgiven" and, you know, get amused man.

God gives us plenty of chances to be forgiven. God does not want to send anyone to Hell.. If choose not to accept God's gift of forgiveness, then we go to Hell. It's like forgiveness is God's gift to us. If someone gave you a gift, you would have a choice if you were going to acccept it or not. There are two choice, you could accept it or you could reject it. The same way is with God and his gift of forgiveness. During this life, we can accept the gift of forgiveness anytime we want. God can and will forgive anyone, but after we die, there are no second chances.

God is forgiving but only if you are truly sorry for the sins and believe that God will forgive you. Those who aren't sorry for their sins and believe God will never forgive them face hell

Hell is exclusively for salesmen and people that work in call centres.
It is one infinitely long queue, that you never reach the front of, and as you shuffle along, people come and successfully try and sell you stuff you don 't need and can't afford
God does NOT forgive call-centres, despite what the Bible states, I know this for a fact.

Yes. God is all-forgiving, only when one believe in HIM. If one don't believe in GOD then how can one expect to be forgiven. GOD created Hell for those who don't believe in HIM.

for those that will not accept is son as the savior of the world.
Jesus died on the cross for all people that would except
Him of Savior. Jesus took our place on the cross.
Jesus paid the price for all of us. Jesus is the only way to get to heaven.
God will forgive all sins if they acept his Son. God will not
forgive them that do not believe in his Son Jesus.
hope this will help.

The only unpardonable is sin is not accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior. If you have not done that by the time that you die, you will go to hell. God is a gracious, loving God. But, we cannot neglect His Word. He gave us His Word for a reason. The bible has given us everything that we need to do in order to recieve eternal life. It is our own fault if we ignore it.

Hell was designed for satan and his fallen angels, not for mankind. But for all those who are deceived and led to a life of sin by the fallen angels, they will be spending eternity with them in everlasting fire
.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

God IS all-forgiving. But man is not "all-repenting". God is just, he is a Judge. God will reward each of us according to what we deserve, be it heaven, or the lake of fire. His judgement is fair, and just. You could even ask, "if God so angry at man, then why will alot of people go to heaven? Because he is merciful.
