If it doesn't hurt anyone it no longer is considered as an evil thing so no you cannot do something that doesn't hurt anybody

No. Evil, like good, has a ripple effect. An action may not hurt you now, or immediately, but its effects are far reaching.

NO, evil by its very nature hurts at least one person.Even if you get mad and kick the wall and stub your toe, you still hurt your own foot.
