I Asked The Question Only Because I Noticed On Five Questions I Looked At In A Row All The Atheist Responses Were Down Thumb.

I'm agnostic and i will down-thumb when someone uses the answer of God to any question unrelated to spirituality or religion.
For example:
Question: Sometimes when i drink Pepsi i throw up. Should i go to the doctor?
Answer: You really should consult God before you go to a doctor, He died for your Sin and Believes Pepsi has the best taste.
I also down-thumb bigoted christian comments that send people to hell or claim their way is the only way. There are many Christians here who are so far away from being Christlike and Hellbent with intolerance that it makes me sick.

From what I can figure out it is the Christians who are down thumbing any post they think is not Godly. I have made this observation from my own posts. When I get a lot of thumbs down, a lot of Christians have answered the same question. I think they believe they can drive everyone away and have the forum for themselves.

Because many Christian cover their ears when an atheist speak. In here, they thumb down!

They do it because we are atheists. It happens everyday. The thumbs-up/down is no longer an indication of answer quality. It is a measure of one's religion or popularity.

I don't thumb down asnwers based on people's beliefs. I mainly thumb down disrespectful questions or answers regardless of the belief or the idea behind they present.

I think people thumbs up or down for a variety of reasons. It could be just a matter of disagreement, it may be to express offense, or it could be just it is a poorly stated answer they are "grading".

In this case it is probably not an atheist. But the same happens to all Christian and Muslim posts too and that is probably not a follower of their faith either.

I dunno who it is mate...certainly not me...and although I am a Christian, but I am certainly interested in reading such questions and answering them if there is an opportunity to do so and if I have an answer...maybe a rebuttal, but definately respectful and with no down-thumbing...
