There is an older man(late 50's-mid 60's) at my workplace who is too chivalrous in my opinion. For example, he tries to assist young women to the point where they cannot get their work done, makes them look incapable of their jobs, or just plain aggravates them. I know he's just trying to be a gentleman. But he doesn't seem to get it when those women say they are fine and don't need assistance, and he pushes it harder even after a complaint is filed. How should I, as a fellow employee, deal with him?
