It is Portuguese, but I'm not sure if it means beautiful flower.

Beija is kiss

Flor is flower

As you can see it does not make any sense to say that it means beautiful flower. From watching Brazilians soap operas when they use the expression beija flor they are talking about someone sweet, friendly or very amorous.

It's mostly a slang from Brazil

In portuguese, Beija Flor means literally translates as " kiss the flower ", but it means hummingbird ( cause that's what they do as they fly, kiss flowers ). One of Rio de Janeiro's famous samba school bears this as their name

This is lap land. It means to decorate guadishly, i.e. over decorate, the opposite is bieja-bega which is translated to 'little decoration' This can be checked on the oxford lapland/english dictionary. So as they say in lapland....gaulopi (goodnight)
