Since that day i have not been back to the kindom hall .I am not baptized but i do believe everything that is being taught .How can i go back there feelings so guilty ? Will jehovah ever forgive me Since i knew it was wrong and did it anyway ?

my grandmother and her sister belonged to Eastern Star for over 50 years. My sister claims they are witches! Whatever they do, they sure do keep it secret- once i asked grandma, and she wouldn't tell me...she would never allow me to go with her either.
Last time i saw her, i asked her, and she said "I don't know of any witches who go there" so nonchalantly that i almost believed my sister might be right! But surely not..........
If you have ever attended Eastern Star, answer this...what are you doing up in there??? Enquiring minds must know!

For comparison, we all accept that children aren't mature enough to vote for political parties, or decide on whether their economic views are free market trickle down versus Keynesian fiscal interventionists. Nobody talks about a Republican child, or a liberal child but religionists have no qualms about having preschool children make declarations of their "faith".
