capricorn girls are more complex and reserved when it comes to love and very few measure up to their standards--the question really should be what kind of guys do capricorn girls like? because if she don't want them, they ain't getting close

Whoo, *not* Libras. Speaking as a Libra with personal experience here, Capricorns aren't good for dating. One of my best friends is a Capricorn, and that works fine; but for dating...air and earth? Never a good idea. (Certainly didn't work here.)
I'd look at water signs or fire signs--they're the best match for an earth sign, and for a Capricorn, I'd specifically say fire signs (Leo, Aries, Sagittarius). Capricorns have a tendency to get over-involved in their work, and a fire sign will not only help pull you out of that, but can also help you from getting stuck in a rut with work by being a neverending source of energy and good ideas.
