I find that we preach much less than we are preached to. The only time I "preach" is when I am debating religion with someone and I try not to do that because, if you haven't noticed, most people have their minds made up one way or an other. It would be like a republican trying to convert a democrat, they both see their side and in general their side only. Most people aren't willing to go back on what they have known or believed for their entire life. This of course would be hard to do, very confusing.
of sorry...the short answer: some do, some don't.

I would say that number 2 applies to some of us so yes. Some of us do.
1 : to deliver a sermon
2 : to urge acceptance or abandonment of an idea or course of action; specifically : to exhort in an officious or tiresome manner
transitive verb
1 : to set forth in a sermon
2 : to advocate earnestly
3 : to deliver (as a sermon) publicly
4 : to bring, put, or affect by preaching

All the time! Watch the news! They're the ones trying to kick God out of schools, take down the 10 commandments..... They are preaching their system of beliefs, trying to shove it down everyone else's throats.
True freedom of religion would be an expression of all who choose to express, not the inability for anyone to express. Seems to me that the athiest religion is being pushed here, not a freedom to believe as you wish.

Some do. Not in the religious sense of preaching, but in the sense of having a philosophy and point of view and feeling the compulsion to try to convince others.

Atheists who preach are actually just recovering Christians.
When they finally let go of their bitterness, there will be silence.

Yes especially in a tedious manner. They are the worst proselytes I've seen so far.
