There is almost never a sign of love in here...I see a war here all the time...Whats wrong with you people? I mean, ok, atheists can be annoying coming here and attacking you. It is because many Christians go around condemning everybody to hell, and atheists try to fight back by insulting the whole Christian community. I know that most of you dont go around bashing people, but what is this? Really now, where is the love the bible teaches you? Did God ever ask you to be his "football" like supporters, supporting him no matter what the cost? Do you think that Jesus would like you going around calling those who accuse you, names and swear words? Do you think that Jesus would attack anyone for not believing in him? Cant you see that you miss the whole point here and that you follow a completely wrong (if not dark) path? Let people make bad comments...Embrace them, pray for them, forget what they say and forgive them. How hard is it? Is it too much for you? To actually do what God wants?

are you telling me that an 18 year old might know more than a 30 year old or 50 year old? And that 50 year old knows less than a 12 year old? hehe, I know it depends, but seriously cut the crap with the age is just a number...psshh!! ok!

Plus, how does it feel to be a senior citizen? There are some people in here who say they are 60, but how do I know they aren't lying?

A few weeks ago I was at a club in Phily and this loud-mouthed b**tch started some jealousy stuff, you know asking me this and that. And then she pushed me I pushed her back and well it got kind of heated but nothing else. However, all the guys there were like "fight her" , "hit her" , "tear her clothes off" even the bouncers were not trying to break it up. What is it about a girlfight that get everybody all worked up??

I personally find it enjoyable deprogramming Christians. Believe it or not it is possible. It takes a little time, but the rewards from knowing that you've enlightened someone are well worth the wait. Here's a list that I hope many of you Atheists can help me expand upon.

here again i'm just curious so don't be rude. i've seen a lot of people dogging it as being silly or evil or fake, and i don't understand it. it's none of those things. no one takes kindly to their beliefs being openly mocked or insulted. there is as much validity to it as there is to other religions(although some of you think no religion is valid which is fine by me =]). people are so hateful and intolerant..

I am a special ed teacher that provides services for very young children in their homes. One child I have been assigned to lives in the projects. His family seems really nice and normal, but of course that doesn't say much these days. But, the whole fact that they live in the projects is pretty creepy to me and since I'll be going there every day for 2 hours, I would like to know if the projects are really as dangerous as people say. I will only be going during the late morning/early afternoon hours. Should I feel better knowing that there are cops in there at all times? My supervisor said if I feel really uncomfortable about it that I can back out. But, I am full time and I just started working a month ago, and I don't want to have my administrators think I'm a slacker. Honestly, I went today and it wasn't bad at all, but I was afraid. However, I think that is because of my previous conceptions of the projects. I need to know what people think!?

Which is correct?
On the one hand, christians complain that original sin does seem fair. "We are responsible for something people did centuries ago?"

On the other hand, christians seem to hold no responsebility for the Crusades, torture of nonchritians, etc, which occured centuries ago.

I remember as a child in the 70's children walked to school ( I walked 8 blocks sun or snow) many times the mothers walked their children to school, businessmen rode their bikes to the train depot to take the train into the city, and people walked alot of places even though they had cars. It seems today that people jump into their cars, sit on their butts on their way to work and then plop themselves down at their desks and fill themselves full of fast food for breakfast and lunch. I don't remember there being that many overweight kids in my school and now I remember going to my child's school when they were in elementary and seeing kids bigger than me. I weigh about 100, so they had to weigh alot more and they were only 10 or 12.
