i have the costume and everything but the skirt is like 3 inches long and i wanna wear the costume to school. any ideas on how to make it within dress code (about 6 or 7 inches).

I would say to add leggings, or wear a doctors coat over it, but I'm not sure what your dress code will allow.
side note: My sister was "Nurse Penny Trateme" last year, it was very funny :)

replace it with a matching skirt that is within the dress code OR you can wear the skirt with a very thin skirt underneath another option would be to wear leggings. Really depends on what the dress code rules are.

Anything 3 inches long is called a headband !! Not a skirt.
Listen, just do yourself a favor and go to wal-mart and buy 1/2 yard of white cotton and sew the sides up.....Meaning wrap it around you till the two ends meet, and sew .... Leave an inch extra on the sides so you can pull it up and have a big button on the top of the seam and WA--LA!! Happy Halloween!!!

You could either were a longer skirt that matches you nurse uniform or resort to wearing black spandex shorts underneath.
