For example when you quarrel and you dun want to touch a woman physically cos you know one push from you will send her flying and she knows that and that makes her want to push you more, knowing if you touch her physically, you're label as not a guy. Guys what will you do? What's your opinion ladies?

Not Don Quixote tilting at windmills or asking, "God, please teach me patience."

But some kind of goal. Obviously I can't go running about the country finding glory. But, a task ... a goal... something that I could achieve but means risk and fulfillment.

I'd like to try Something that will help me find satisfaction in my life, be it religious or a personal betterment or even an artistic break-through.

Any ideas from this generous group would be more than welcome.

OK, all these questions on demon possession made me think of something. This is my logical thought progression here...

I'm not a Christian; in fact, I practice magic. So I should be possessed by demons, yes? Yet I've never experienced the foaming at the mouth, speaking in other languages, superhuman strength, or any such thing--not even when I'm in a church, around Christians, around people praying, etc. My family is Christian, many of my friends are Christian, I read the Bible, I listen to a pretty good deal of Christian music (even praise & worship stuff--I must admit I love Rich Mullins).

So is it just certain demons that cause it? The presence of things that would bother a demon don't seem to set it off with me.

Just looking to make sense of a belief I'm unfamiliar with, because it doesn't seem to make sense to me...

i'm 18 now but ever since i was 14 i knew that i'm gay and when i was 17 i tried coming out to my mom at first she seemed really understanding and open minded but the next day she sat down next to me and handed me a cross necklace and said she thinks im posessed and she wants me to wear the necklace all the time.
she told me i just need to put god in my life and it hurts her that i don't believe. and i just went along with her i was stunned i couldn't talk she was acting just as my grandmother would and shes crazy
she even gave my college money away because she thought im a satanist just because im a goth. any way after what my mom said i went to a friends house and took off that necklace and stayed a couple days.

later mom wanted me to find a girlfriend.
so i asked my friend stacy who is bisexual to pretend to be my girlfriend and she did for 5 months befor we staged a break up.

now my mom think's i'm straight and shes comfortable saying the f.a.g word in my presence once again

I remember as a young student studying the novel Oliver Twist and reading the famous scene in which the public chase the muderer Bill Sykes.
