Why do some people have a hard time with life? There are people are out their that have a college education, straight smile, nice, etc etc.......yet......they keep failing in life and not getting anywhere, constantly unemployed, single, loners, broke etc etc.

Suicide bombers could be added to the first stanza, and perhaps cartoons added to the latter. Seems to me that the Islamic world is inordinately sensitive, so much so in fact that it begs for an explanation.

You see that? He says jihadist car bombers and beheaders are being PAID BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT to frame Muslims. I've seen them blame the Jews for 9/11, but now everyone who kills for Islam is being BRIBED?

There should be "Freedom of Religion" and also there should be punishment to those who canvas and go to the doorstep of innocent people, illeterates and poor people to convert them to any religion ? Many missionaries are pumping money to India for this purpose only. Many of their people in India are doing this as a business to earn money.

Let's say that you are a parent and one of your kids does something bad, but the other kid is nice enough to step in and take a spanking for his sib. If you spank the innocent child, have you committed a just act? I would argue that no, justice is when the guilty party receives his/her punishment. Simply needing *someone* to be punished isn't justice, it's vengeance.

So Jesus died for us? How is that just? God punished him, instead of us? But I thought that God always was just. How does this make any sense?

My cousin and I, who are close good friends and keep in touch often, came to my wedding (originally she was going to be one of my bridesmaids too, that's how close we are) but when we opened gifts I was very surprised not to have opened a gift from her. I guess she just didn't get us anything. I would think at the very least if she couldn't afford much she would have just gotten a little inexpensive gift of some sort just to show the thought. This was a while ago and it has hurt my feelings. We are still close good friends and keep in touch. Should I say something to her about this? Or perhaps ask her if she had gotten me something and it had gotten lost in the gift shuffling? Or should I just let it go and try not to feel hurt?

I did not call them by their religion because true religious people try to understand before they break. No one can even comment on their violence or their violent past without them going crazy. These people are litterly nuts. And I am sure you all are about to jump all over me because I will not bow and kiss their butts, I have freedom of speech also. I bet these people would like to kill all American women because we can state our views. I am one woman who will not bow to a religious fanatic. I will read you comments when I get back from my loving church.

A cousin of mine and I have never been close, and he didn't come to my wedding or send me a wedding gift. Now he is getting married and I can't go to his wedding but I was thinking of maybe sending him a gift, just because we've never been close - to do a loving thing. My mom mentioned that I shouldn't send them a gift because he didn't come to my wedding (when his sister did) and didn't send me a wedding gift (she also implied it was in part because of the not-close thing). Should I send him a wedding gift?
