or go to hell, what would be your choice? Would you believe in their God and follow their religion or would you go to hell? Would this really be a choice to you as a Christian? Remember there are only two possible choices in this scenario.
This is not a statement against Muslims. The reverse could be asked of you. If a Christian tells you you can either believe in Jesus or go to Hell what would be your choice? Would you believe in their God and follow their religion or would you go to hell? Would this really be a choice to you as a Muslim? Remember there are only two possible choices in this scenario.
Please do not make any rude remarks against one another. I just want to know if you believe these are valid choices or are not choices at all.

When I say believe in Jesus I mean as a savior and also God.

I do not see how either could be a choice. If you do believe in one religion how can the other religion be a choice?
I asked this question because I do not see heaven, hell, or God as a choice. People insist that I do have a choice and I just do not believe in it. Perhaps I am more different than I thought I was lol.

Sincere Questione,
I also think it is strange. I expected different answers. This question was asked only because I am trying to figure out how Christians/Muslims view choice.

This question is not a "what if". It is what they actually say.
Though if you really read about Islam and Christianity, you will see that both of these religions say that the people should leave it to God to judge the unbelievers, so those who would make these statements like you mention are wrong.
Call them to belief with beautiful teaching - not with threats or judgements.

Yes these are valid choices, and everyone must make the choice.
Christianity says it has the ONLY way to heaven, by accepting Jesus as God. The Koran says people of the book (Jews), christians, and sabians will not grieve if they believe in God and the last day (judgement day).
You said "their" God in reference to Allah...... what many christians do not understand is that it's the SAME God (there's only ONE)
What I don't understand is how christians can believe it's wrong to worship God directly with no "middle man". Islam is pure monotheism, the same religion practiced by Abraham. I never hear anybody having a problem with Abraham's form of worship. Do christians believe Abraham is going to hell because he didn't worship Jesus?
Only atheists wouldn't be faced with this choice (between the 2) because they refuse to believe in God at all.

Actually in Islam you don't have to be a Muslim to go to heaven, we do not have a condition of faith of religion, just God, so a christian will go to heaven if they have lead a rightous life.
"Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the
Christians, and the converts; ANYONE who (1) believes in
GOD, and (2) believes in the Last Day, and (3) leads a
righteous life, will receive their recompense from their
Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve"
"[4:25] … GOD knows best about your belief, and you are equal to one another, as far as belief is concerned…"
Christianity is the only religion who says that you have to be Christian to get into heaven, regardless of how nice a person you are in your life and how well you've treated people etc....so even the Daliah Lama will go to hell according to Christians....but according many Muslims his beliefs in Buddah and a higher power are very similar to a devotin and belief in a higher power/God and so he too has a chance at paradise.
Say, "O followers of the scripture, let us come to a
logical agreement between us and you: that we shall not
worship except GOD; that we never set up any idols
besides Him, nor set up any human beings as lords beside
GOD." If they turn away, say, "Bear witness that we are
submitters."

As a non-Christian, non-Muslim I find your question strange. How can these two possibly be the only choices.

of course the way u adviced the other person is wrong (I mean when u tell him beleive in jesus or go to hell and vise versa), by the way i dont mean u i mean any person, coz even if he wanna beleive in ur God the way u tell him the advice he will take it asa threaten...
And I'm muslim and I know that ppl think that we advice ppl by that way but its wrong coZ ALLA oredered us when we wanna advice some1 to be muslim we should be so kind and give him the proofs and then he is free to beleive or not...
So i think th person who tried to give that kind of advice or speech about his relegion and other should be calm , and smart and has the ability to attract the attention of the other person to let him care to know more about his relegion even he on't beleive at the end by ALLA or jesus....

First of all, Jesus is not the creator, but " A" creator. And if someone is debateing against your beliefs, they are the seed of satan, stay away from them, dont even talk to them. Jesus says that God is not devided, if that person was of God he would try and understand your teachings, and love you as Christ loves, not argue, and debate. that can very well apply to most sectarian groups that say that they have the truth, and speak against other churches. again God is not divided, but comes together to love all regardless of who they are, or where they come from.

each time, the person will answer with whatever they think will save them from hell. So the Muslim would still say I worship Allah and Muhammad is His messenger. Christians would still say Jesus is Lord.

see i say to believe in something you need some sorts of evidence and proof!...if someone can show me why what i believe is wrong...and what they believe IS RIGHT.....with evidence and a good argument which makes sense and i am willing to accept it..then yes i will believe in Allah or Jesus!..rather then go to hell...cause it really doesnt sound like a pretty place.

firstly
do you believe in your own? How?
did you accept the promised heaven verbally?
did your priest/leader brought to you personally to meet jesus or muhamad?
did you really believed someone to be jesus or muhamad when yourself have not even met before?
did you accept your religion for your parents or loved ones?
did you accept for some magical evidences?
asked not what others are choosing but what you've chosen?

I tell christians who talk to me that they can go to hell, and i was raised one. I have better things to do with my life than worry about religion, i dont need it, i do need to make money for my mortgage and to put my kids thru school so they can become educated and get useful jobs and not have too much time on their hands and use it to get into trouble, like strapping a bomb on and blowing up schoolbusses.
