No because I had a HUGE crush on my Economics teacher! Not only was he handsome, he was very articulate, funny, intelligent, and he was very supportive when anyone needed extra help and would explain things over if you did not understand. I would sometimes be embarrassed when my mind would wander on how fine he is and totally miss what he was trying to explain! :-) Whoever he is with, she is sure one lucky woman. Why not wait until you graduate, to inquire about if he is single? You obviously are an adult now and hey you never know.

It's just a normal crush. You're infatuated with your teacher and see everything regarding the teacher as perfect. Love on the other hand is more deeper. You fall in love with someone, despite the fact that they are totally unperfect.
It's normal to have crushes on teachers and mentors, but try not to let it get out of hand. You'll be falling in and out of crushes during the next college years.

You are very NORMAL. I was once madly in love with my 6th grade teacher. What a great experience it was. I can look back now at it and feel that it helped me through that period in life. Love is a great thing to have. Never lose that feeling!

come on now, youre both 18 and above. gimme a break, no one of you is a pedofile in this case, therefore whats the problem? the only thing that could give you a hard time is school policy that would ban student-teacher relationships.

Nothing is wrong with you, you are young and crushes are expected. However something is very wrong with him if he picks up on it and takes you up on it. Besides, how would you finish up the year with him if you either broke up or he refused you?
You can't really love someone till you know them over time. Till then its just an exciting, but comforting daydream, keep it that way.

Strong feelings...ie love happen, however sexualizing those feelings would be inappropriate...accept that you feel a certain way...but here is a really good lesson...train yourself not to act on emotion. The emotions will subside and you may find someone that causes similar or greater reactions...and will be a less complicated relationship.

well, it matters if he's not in love with you, if he's married or if he doesn't know you are in love with him...however your case is delicate but remember you're not the first, nor the last.
Nothing's wrong with you, you cannot control your feelings, but anyway, before telling him or making any attempt try to find if he's married bcse it won't be right to tell him if he's engaged...Both of you'll be ill-at-ease..
Maybe you can tell your relatives about you're problem? any old friend? a brother or a sister?
figure it out and don't feel guilty!

Fall out of love with him. Colleges have rules about students and facility not fraternizing together. If you two do get together, the higher-ups will find out about it and you will be expelled and his career will be ruined. Stop thinking about yourself and consider his situation. Get your hormones and fantasies under control before real damage is done. Once the damage is done it cannot be undone.
