Honestly, I would notice the ugly one first and look at the ugly person more. I won't lie to this question. If there was no such thing as rudeness, then I'd be staring at all the ugly people that pass me by. I know, not ver polite...

Depends on how ugly. I know it's rude to stare, but people stare at pretty people all the time. I would probably look at the good looking one , because it is pleasing to the eye and makes my soul smile.

I will look at the beautiful one, but if the ugly one is especially ugly, I will look too. Unexceptional ugliness is rare, so I will be intrigued.

if im in a good mood,i saw beautiful person to enjoy the beauty of nature(beautiful->girls,smart ->boys) and feel angry at god "why u make other person ugly".
but generally no one consider about beauty a lot.just good behaviour and character.
