Because to admit error is human and they truly believe they are chosen to rule in this life and they will be taken up in the rapture for the next. Its all of the arrogance and none of the humility we see in truly religious people. But mostly I think they like the tax breaks.

we are not. I in basic terms demanding a liberal gay rights activist communicate with conservative communities as hate communities. He feels like the self-riighteous one to me. the easy undeniable reality that they disagree with HIM on something makesthem a hate crew. HE needs to get off of HIS intense horse.
