Careful, they are emotionally sensitive.You might try to take it easy on them, they are a bit . . . imbalanced. Just tell them what they want to hear, and everything will be okay.
Otherwise they will start telling you about how great their history is and how everyone is treating them unfairly. And we wouldn't want that . . . . would we?
