when i asked my question "what do you keep in your glovebox" i was surprised to hear that some people kept a gun! i live in australia, and people who hold gun licences are those in the outback who need to shoot vermin, it's another thing to carry a shot gun in your purse!

Why should those people who try to get evolution banned and call scientists "specularists" (I've had them answer here) then turn around and live with the benefits of the very thought processes they deny. You can't have it both ways, go back to the horse and plow, no electricity and no medicine or dentistry.

It was brave of Abigail to share about herself. Its also heartening to know that she has ever been in relationships before. There's still hope of finding love if not companionship?

Is our society ready to receive persons like her? Considering the stares and the reaction received from others.

Is it ok to be so truthful about oneself?

Pilate had to send Jesus to the cross in order for Jesus to be a martyr, also he gave the choice to the people to either set Jesus free or Barrabas free. He didn't seem to really want to crucify Jesus, he held him in contempt but I'm just really curious as to why exactly is it that he is damned.

I'm an 18 year old Englishman who has lived in the US now for 8 years, and I have heard some stupid things in my time here, and I decided to ask, is it just the stereotypes that are on TV that get regurgitated at me everyday, or do you really think that all English people have Tea Time and drink Tea and eat Crumpets and say 'Bloody Hell' a lot(I'm not saying some don't...). Please, fill me in.

How did life come into existence honestly? Not being funny but the big bang theory doesnt even sound remotely logical. If you think we believe in fairy tales, i think some one really needs to wake you guys up from your fantasy world. Who else but an almighty being could have created all this. Man has the power of free will and does what he chooses to do, so how can anyone blame man's action on God?

I can believe that Christianity has more than its fair share of bad people, attracted by the Christian promises of easy forgiveness and everlasting life. But I find it impossible to accept that all Christians are bad, or that even a majority of them is.

The classic Christian response to this is that they are all sinners because they commit a sin every time they comfort eat, or think about sex. But doesn't this completely devalue the entire notion of sin and wickedness, placing eating a donut on the same level as raping and murdering a child?

Why should the actions of a child rapist or mass murderer be as easily forgiven as the completely natural act of feeling sexual arousal, which in most people's book isn't a voluntary action, let alone a bad one?

So, unless you are one of the minority of psychopaths among us, liberate yourself from sin and start believing you are a decent, honest person who has been manipulated by a bunch of unscrupulous control freaks.

But do we have strong faith in what we believe?

So far no one had walk on water other than Jesus.
So far no one had risen someone from death other than Jesus.

Why is faith that requires us only as small as a mustard seed is hard to come by for us? What did we miss?

I just want to get peoples opinions on dating outside your race. Does it make you mad or jealous if you see a guy/girl of your race with a guy/girl of another race? Do you think there are certain stereotypes about the people involved in interracial relationships? Please be Honest!
