the ONE TRUE EVERLASTING WHATEVER? maybe other wordly cultures have their "own" dieties and don't want to be proselytized?

Me and my husband have been searching for a church to go to but couldn't find one that we both agree on, so we started going to the mormon church because we were in a new city and didn't know anyone and they made us feel like we were part of something like a family.(we have both lost all of our family, except my dad and he's in TX, we are in OK) so the missionaries started doing their home lessons and as the weeks went on we struggled to make up
our mind what we believed, and just to set the record strait we now go to a differnt church!! anyway we have been having a tough time with this and we had to go to the churh for assistance to get
by and yesterday(9-1-06) we needed gas so I could get to work and the missionaries told us and I quote "the church can only do so much for someone who is not faithful to the church" and then when I told him that we were going to this other church for help he said, "hah, good luck with that!" so my question is this right and are the mormons right?

it was a stag night that went out of controll, when one of our friends suddenly jumped up (drunk) and dived on our victim of marriage (to be) and held him down in such a way that he could not move.i.e. in a neck lock with his arm around his back and his legs wrapped around him so he could not kick or struggle his way free and then proceeded to give him a love bite on his neck for all to see (it was huge) what a laugh it was at the time... however, later that evening our host (to be married) somehow got into a fight with a verrrry big angry woman who literally kicked the sh##** out of him (he was verrrry drunk) and she managed to somehow rip his shirt off and dragg him across the dance floor to outside (the scratch marks from her were everywhere!!!!) much to our drunken amusement. BUT.he was to be married in 3 weeks time, how did he explain it to his wife to be ? he fell asleep at 4 am at our friends house and did not go home till 3 pm next day, would you trust an explination like this?

I just ordered an item and the tracker says that usps is delivering. It is either coming today (didnt), tomorrow, or labor day. I was told that they dont deliver on Labor Day, and I did research and that is true but I couldn't find if they delivered on Sunday. Someone said they didn't but I saw on the website they did! Soo confused, please help me!!!!!!!

How many Christians stand in amazement, as a last days prophecy is fulfilled..... " Professing themselves wise, they became fools"!
Isn't it amazing that the question and attitude of the supposed open minded intellectuals, seem no more than juvenile finger pointing. Thus fulfilling this ancient prophecy.
