If we assume (may be it is) bible represents “Bible dude jesus” thoughts then

Bible has a clear disagreement with Karma (Law of action and reaction). What is the philosophical not theological reason for its disagreement?

While bible clearly contradicts “law of conservation of energy”, “Law of Karma” which advocates “rebirth” satisfies the Law. So, Does bible define “birth” as manifestation of energy separate from infinite source? If not what could that be? If death does not cause loss of energy call it a latent state, as the dead have to wait for resurrection, which would clearly mean energy is getting manifested from nothing. Contradicting the law of conservation of energy….

Theory of reincarnation suggests a transformation/change of energy states….. Agreeing with law of conservation of energy, and makes total sense...

If you cannot convince me then I shall proclaim “Bible Dude was ignorant of existing Philosophies”

I mean just by being born we are polluting, every breath we take, every peice of food we eat, every journey we take, either by car, rail or plane. Every time we sit at our computer or watch TV. Or even use a lamp to read a book.

One of those guys had 5 grand knocked of his salary and they all have to attend a "cultural diversity" course.

What the hell is that all about?
If they had been muslims and they objected on religious grounds then that would have been fine. But because they just didnt want to dress as firemen in the close proximity of thousands of omo's they are to be dealy with like criminals.
This has made me so angry .
If you are a hetrosexual man, the thought of gay men turns your stomach. At best you can say "I dont care what you stick into yourself" That is the fact.
If you decide that you dont care enough to be sickened then thats about as good as they will get. Why are these men being punished?
When will this country and the rest of the world learn that the majority overrules the minority?
I dont want to even see a gaylord let alone march with a bunch of them. And if I had been in the firemans place I would have refused too.
So... should they have been punished?

i'm getting a little sick and tired of all the people on this religiouse section typing God without the O (G-d) it's driving me crazy, do they not know that it's OK to type GOD on here, we see it every day, it's not going to offend anyone, if it does they can leave Y!A they dont have to stay and look at it,does this bother anyone else?

Looking back at the way we used to view smoking - I have to laugh..

Forrest Gump - the doctor is fitting Forrest with leg braces while a cigarette dangles from his lip.

An old movie George Segal I think - takes up jogging, but refuses to quit smoking - one scene he's jogging while smoking.

People who take pictures of their sleeping babies by placing a cigarette between their lips. - seen it.

Every cub scout project in the 1970's "We're making an ashtray" - did it.

Children whose parents would dress them as a box of Marlboro for a childs halloween party - seen it.

People smoking in church - seen it.

Any other smoking anachronisms you know of?

We held a raffle for a car so that we could raise funds to fix our roof

Fr. Ted fixed the raffle so that we would win the car. He gave me all the #11 tickets and filled the hat with all 11s so when he pulled out a ticket we won the car.

The problem was that I was looking at my tickets upside down. Im such an eejit!

In the end Fr. Jack took the car to the pub and crashed it into 2 trucks. I think its all my fault!

How can I make it up to Fr. Ted?

I love to worship the Lord in choir and I read the BIble. I've taught KidsKlub at church, I pray, and am saved, but church people have hurt me so badly I think the scars will last forever. They are gossippers and hypocrites!
