All you church goers are always talking about coming to church to be saved. The major point of Christainity it seems is to convert new people. If that is so why the second i walk in the door or i try to learn more about something I get comdemned for my past.
Sometimes i never say anything people just start hating me on my looks.
I went to a church for 3 years. I went to bible study was really invovled everything. i still had people saying dont let you kid hang out with her.....she USED to whatever....

Please explain this to me?

I'm sorry but I'm not well versed in the earth customs of you humans.
I seemed to be surrounded by dots and dashes, whizzes and bleeps - confusing.
LOL, IM, writing styles the like of which I've never seen (and, apparently, erased from my memory banks), :), :-P and many more that have overridden mind - are they mistakes or appended designations? How am I ever going to be able to walk amongst you unnoticed? Genuine plea for help - somewhat lost.

Here's what I don't get... it is OK and even funny, to have a movie where a white guy is dating a black girl. The black girls father is a very proud African American and has an issue with the fact that his daughter is dating a white guy. I know it is a comedy, I loved the movie, I don't take stuff like that seriously, HOWEVER what would have happened if the movie was the other way around? The ACLU would have been picketing at every theatre across America. Why is it now socially acceptable for blacks to poke fun at white folks and not for us to do it also... granted black people used to be inslaved however that was a long long time ago. I doubt anyone is still alive who was a slave or owned slaves. If we want everything to be equal, we should either be able to poke fun at each other (in good humor) or not at all. Can't we all just get along!!! lol

Popular but sucky - things that come to mind.

John Lennon - Was terrrible without McCartney. In fact McCartney was better on his own.

Pot - Tried it and thought the experience was nerve wrackingly aweful.

SUVs - Get a truck or a mini-van please. Why waste your money on what is nothing more than a big car.

RVing- Loved sleeping in a box that rocks every time you move - just get me a hotel room.

The Kennedy space center - Rude cops - high prices.

Thai food - sweet and hot : a recipe for puke.

Televised pro sports - a cure for insomnia.

Being in business for yourself - Despite popular opinion - you struggle - worry - pay taxes and fees - work long hours - deal with ungratefull employees and customers - and don't neccessarily get rich

The economy - It's what??? doing well?

Ambien - Great if you like blackouts.
