No well they most likely used different herbs. If you look on the net it shows that many different fruits and veggies can be used as cleaners or soap. So most likely they used the wildlife plants around them if at all they used soap.

The fat tossed out by a liposuction clinic! All those fat poeple had their fat sucked out and then it was disposed of in the dumpsters. You can make soap with that.

Maybe from soapberry trees. I never realizedt there was such a thing until about 4 years ago. And they do make light suds.
