Fig leaves: the all-purpose, renewable cloth substitute

They are only mythological characters, so the issue if toileting doesn't really matter. I don't want to offend anyone; I simply do not believe that Adam and Eve actually existed. We're all entitled to believe what we feel is correct. :)

P.S. To those folks who assume you can wipe yourself using fig leaves (not necessarily Adam & Eve, but just in general) -- have you ever TOUCHED a leaf from a fig tree? Ouch!! :( I know several folks with these trees, and I was surprised that the leaves are kind of rough, and they're covered in fine, scratchy hairs. Definitely not what you want on your "sensitive" areas! :O

You might want to do some research and find out when toilet paper was invented - there were millions more people than Adam & Eve who had to do without it.

They didnt! They probably washed off in a river, as there were four of them running through the Garden of Eden.

Also, remember, they were intellegent, and had the LORD helping them along the way. It was a while before they were kicked out of the Garden of Eden, so they would have known how to do certain "amenities" for themselves, as taught by the FATHER, HIMSELF.

I wish you well..

Perhaps, you, as most people do, take this story to be a literal truth. It is more of a fable, ala Aesop, with a moral;
"You can live life as if you were in a garden if you follow as many of God's 613 Commandments as you can. You can live life as a living Hell if you don't even try!"
