Do you think that if most people who think they want enlightment and to see everything clearly really knew what was in store for them, they would still pursue this exalted state?

I would start this path again if I had to make the choice but who else would?

If God is so Almighty and such, why would he have some children suffer by meaning abused so severly it hurts them later on in their lives? In my eyes no one should have to go through that, whether it is a plan or not.

Would that truly be a good idea? We could lump war into it, but war, among so many things, is ultimately wrong in my eyes. Sure, I may sound heartless, but if we had a cure for diseases, or resources for everyone, wouldn't the world be so over-populated, 3-fold of what it is now? I'm not saying we should pick and choose who should die, but although the planet is a renewable source of our existence, it seems to be running down a bit.
Although having children is our right as humans, wouldn't it make sense if people didn't have so many children as a solution? There are so many people just plopping kids out, and not even taking care of them.

For instance, I know this woman, she has had 10 children, and she only has one in her custody. What was the sense in all of that?
I know that people look down on those who choose not to have children, because they are fearful that there will be no more people (ignorant eh?).
So, in your opinion, what would be a great idea to help stabalize...

Agnostic here, not wanting to convert anyone, anyone is free to answer but I'm not converting to any other religion.

I have a wife, who believes in Jesus, but in reincarnation, and believes I'm her soul mate, but that she will be reborn and have other husbands or wives, thus more than one soul mate.

I don't believe in reincarnation, but I am of the belief my soul travels to the stars above after I die.

Can my soul meet up with my wife, and other persons, whom I love while I was on Earth?

Can my soul meet up and date other women in space? Can my soul brink beer from a beer volcanoe after I die with other men and women?

What does your heart tell you?

my family and I are american.Im mixed black and white my 8 yr.old is mixed and my 4yr.old foster is mixed but she looks white.She is very cute.Her sister is black.So all in all we are mixed.I asked the new neighbor girl.They are from Bosnia.Though I have not asked what her language is.They're nice people.

I want to know what is the work which your savior who has been mentioned in your Holy Book is supposed to do for you after he comes to Earth.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I knew Saudi Arabia wouldn't allow tourists in the country. And only followers of their religion can visit and go to "their high place" during prayer seasons. Will anyone tell me why is this so? And why do they kill and imprison people(foreign workers) if caught possessing other praying materials than their book?

Hi. Since Nov 2003 I seems to have an internal prompting 'of making my dream come true' as repetition of words from TV, newspaper etc kept prompted me. Is it predistination you clicked on this question or free will. Are you addicted to the person who asks this question, and are we sharing the same circle of addiction reading one anothers questions and answers of about 20 to 40 people in the same circle? Is this a religious group even tho most of us don't believe in God? Does there need to be God for it to be a religion, or can we just be a spiritual group who looks to questions on yahoo answers that make us think and that is our act of spirituality?

How do we choose our friends? How do we choose who we love? How do we choose best answer when our questions are awesome and get 20 to 40 outstanding answers, do we just become 360 friends with those people and thank them for their contribution?

Why can't we pick more than one best answer, what if there are several?

Do we click on questions on yahoo answers and answer knowing our answer will be read, and with the knowledge we are not alone in this endeavor?
