If God is so Almighty and such, why would he have some children suffer by meaning abused so severly it hurts them later on in their lives? In my eyes no one should have to go through that, whether it is a plan or not.

As Dotab stated, there might be a lesson in Karma. It is not up to us to question our creators wisdom nor actions, but to learn from the lessons afforded to us by them.

Edit: It's not an issue of destiny nor fate but a product of free will. But because it did happen without divine intervention, this is why the concept of Karma is viewed.

Yes, God is Almighty and he cares about mankind, children and all. Look at the creation and see what he has done for us. Regarding suffering and hurtfulness in this life, that is what wicked humans do to one another under the influence of drug, alcohol, emotional problem and influence of wicked spirits. Almighty God does not cause these things. The Bible gives his reason why he allows it but only for a short time more.

If everyone will always obey God then there would be no suffering of any children or anyone for that matter. however, we should take into consideration that there are people out there who do not want to obey God, and God won't force them to do so. It isn't God who wants people to suffer, it is people who make other people suffer, children included.
While it is true that God is Almighty and loving, but it is also true that He gives us the freedom to choose. We can either obey Him (which is actually what is really better for us) or we can obey ourselves (it may sound good at first since it would mean we are the makers of our own destiny but in actuality its not so good since there are a lot of things that we can't control in our own lives). Since God knows what is truly best for us, it is logically much better to entrust our life to Him.

Did you ever think that the devil has something to do with that? All comes from GOD yes but there's more than one player in ths game of "life" it's the devil as well who whispers evil things to people. so you can't just say "it's GOD"...people have control over what they do and GOD is merciful because HE will compensate those children for their suffering. Whether it be in this world or the next they will get their justice. so look at the entire picture including the next life..this life isn't the end of it you know.

we are here to live our lives and make free will choices. life is not to be understood but lived. god's thinking is far more advanced then ours so acourse us trying to undersatnd something we can never reach the level of is a waste of time. as u should know god gave the satan, lucifer, devil whatever u want to call him dominion of earth and its contents so god has some say so in what happens to people on earth but majority of the time he sits back and watches how we deal with the things the devil throws at us and when things get to hard to handle he steps in and helps us out. but thats the rules he agreed to with satan until the day comes when jesus and god has had enough of the devil trying to prove to god that his greatest creations was a mistake and a failure.

What you are talking about is a "principal" of God and not God himself and God has put the rules down already and he is unchangeable, unlike us.
He already told us if we do certain things or make certain choices expect these results or outcomes in your life and the lives of your children and their children !

First thing is everything happens for a reason, and child abuse is not from God its a choice someone made. I don't like it either.
