If anybody gets in the way of George Stupid Bush, he wages war against them like he did in Afghanistan and Iraq. Yet when the Tamil Separatists demand a portion of Sri Lanka and wage a bloody war against the Srilankan government for the same purpose, George Stupid Bush calls them "Freedom Fighters".

I mean, I've always believed that he was stupid, but never did I think he is THIS stupid.
Do you know why he thinks this way?

THAT JESUS IS COMING , JESUS IS COMING....
They say this over and over as if it were some future event.
I have even heard it preached to provoke fear.

Do we not realize that Jesus IS COME he is here now,

I've always lovd aviation, as far back as I can remember, I should have had a great career in the forces as an aviator, but, alas life got in the way.

Ever since I have regreted not having the opportunity to fly off the deck of either invincible or one of the other carriers in the fleet. That said, I enjoye dmy time flying and now I'm going back into flying, for my PPL.

Anyone from the forces or civil aviation got any good memories / Photos they want to share?

What's your favourite Aricraft of all time, I would have to say mine is the SR71 and 2nd to that would most definitely have to be the Harrier.

I've been reading Churchill's "The Birth of the Britain" and came across a passage on John Wyclif and the Lollards (the first British heresy). Cross-checking "Lollards" with the Catholic Encyclopaedia I came across a statement that in 1401 England passed a law granting the church the power to identify heretics, who were to be handed over to the state to be burned at the stake. The CE claimed this was "merely the application to England of the common law of Christendom."

In the case of the Lollards, they were burned for claiming the Eucharist was nothing more than "a mouthful of bread".

That got me wondering about today's christianity.

Given the power the church had over the state, and through the state: the people, to terrorize people into supporting the state and church through the threat of the stake, why would you favour an end to the division between church and state? Who would you wish to see burned: Unbelievers? Heretics? And who should judge them on Earth?

I have a friend whose husband is a total non-believer in any God at all, personal or otherwise and needs proof. It upsets her because she is a believer, but she loves him. She cannot discuss this, nor feel close to him, because of his non-belief. She does not know what to do, and does not push it on him, but she is feels a real void in their marriage. . I am a male in my late 20's. I dont understand why this is occurring to me now. I am attracted to females and been with a few. But my relationships do not last long. I tend to lose attention after awhile and unable to realize there emotion. The friends I grew up with started to tell me that im turning gay and I act gay for a years now. I do admit that I act childish alot of times...Now, I use and abuse drugs for over 8years now. For the past year numerous times being high I find myself late night looking at tv/ts porn on the internet than regreting it by the morning. Normally I would not do this and think its sick. And now Im paranoid. I've been going through these crazy intense mood phases. Is this deniel, phase, drugs, or just really gay?
