I dont think there is a single thing we are meant to do in life. Life is a process, and each thing that we do leads us onto to something else, either away from the things we learn not to do, or towards the things that bring us happiness. But what might have made us happy ten years ago, may not necessarily make us happy now. And what makes us happy now, may not make us happy in ten years.

No I have not. I have tried this and that and I can't find the one thing. I an good at more than a g\few things but none of it makes me happy. I wish I had come with an insturction sheet of what was ment to do.

what have you wanted to do since you were a kid. this sounds corny, but truly finding out what is in your heart is the only way to find it. I asked about when you were a kid because that is when most people are the most in touch with their hearts and spirits. maybe it is the same maybe it has changed, but whatever it is, it is in your heart. good luck
