In days gone by, parents were generally dumber than they are today. Of course it’s against the law in many countries for parents to beat or hit their children. Today children can take their parents to court and sue them for damages, children can even divorce their parents if they wish.
Fortunately, today children are not as dumb as their parents, and in the years to come, hopefully parents will not be as dumb as they are today.
It’s a fact that many children have no choice when it comes to religion. They are forced to take Bible studies at school and/or forced to follow their parents religion through teachings at home. The resultant emotional and traumatic damage to the child’s mind can have lifelong damaging consequences.
Should children (and adults) be allowed to take their school and/or parents to court and sue them for having to undergo religious teachings?
