According to the CIA Word Fact Book, the last census of the nation Israel (which makes up the land many call Palestine, although not generally the people they may stand for) was in 2003; it found:
"Jewish 76.5%, Muslim 15.9%, Arab Christians 1.7%, other Christian 0.4%, Druze 1.6%, unspecified 3.9%"

I understand if this is not what you are looking for. Since Palestine is not an official country, but rather a region, a proper tally further than this cannot be made by my sources.

the demographics of the palestine dilemma goes back to the second world war. After the war was over the jews had no land of their own. Remember they were hunted down all over europe.but the story goes back way before that. I discuss that briefly later. After the second war jews had no land. Remember isreal was always a hotbed. The crusade wars was the christian or catholic war against the muslims, each claiming the land of isreal for themselves. This land the birth place of Jesus and supposed land for the chosen people of God(Jews). However, I have a different thought on that. According ancient scriptures the kingdom of god begins when the Jews rebuild God's temple that he the roman destroyed long ago. Until that temple is rebuilt the return of Jesus remains in wait. However the temple has a muslim shrine erected on the very site. Back in 1950 the United states forced the palestines out of isreal and brought all the holocaust victims and gave them isreal and the gaza strip...If you remember the egypt had a war with isreal in response to this. jews armed with armerican war amor fought and destroyed the egyptian army in just 7 days. thus taken the gaza strip and other land it acquired. today america stills provide armor to the isreal army. that is why muslims attack US. Also america's forgien policy stinks. This is just a brief view of the situation. I would need to write a book on this and it would be volumes.

There is no country called Palestine right now. Do you mean Israel, or the area of the Palestinian Authority?
