Only if it is funny... It usually always is... I had an aunt with that actual disorder where she would laugh uncontrollably even if you were having a heart attack! LOL hell of a disorder huh?

I try not to laugh out loud. I've done embarrassing things many times and thought it was humiliating. I'm not sure how others think when they fall down or do something embarrassing, so I try to be sensitive.

If they know I saw them and they are laughing at themselves I will laugh with them otherwise I pretend not to notice so they don't get too embarrassed.

It depends on whether it was truly comical or a near-injury. If I fear for the person's safety I don't find that funny at all.
Although not everyone feels that way:
Mel Brooks once said "A man stubs his toe, that's a tragedy. A man falls into an open manhole and dies, that's comedy."

Gosh no, I make sure they're OK or try to help them up. That way, when I get a subpoena to appear as part of their lawsuit, I get that awesome 25$ check from the attorney's office, a day off work and usually a HOT LUNCH!
DUH!

I try not to, but I'll admit that I do.
If it's a repeated action like ay, some person who is really intoxicated and keeps falling in the same spot over and over again like they are drowning, then I can't hide it.

I'm not about humiliating anyone,e especially if they just embarrassed themselves.
I will usually see if they are OK help them up if they need it then if they can laugh at themselves I will share the laugh with them.

If it's someone older, sickly or fragile...absolutely not! However, outside of that, all bets are off. Once I see you are OK, I'm busting out laughing. I guess I'm still juvenile in that way. Hey, I also laugh at myself!

I would try to refrain from laughing but will naturally be embarrassed for them. Would even offer assistance if need be.
