Many people told me I was wrong for being upset over losing my valuables as a result of Hurricane Katrina. Why is it OK for everyone else 2 be upset but not me? Should I be within reason 2 be hurt over losing my valuables? As a result of me losing my valuables, I had 2 finance a way 2 replace it, which is causing me debt. Like my computer. My computer was stolen, & I had 2 finance another one. Now, I'm in debt. I'm struggling financially over that. Plus, my TV & other important things. I lost so much it really hurts me. I've been depressed for many months. Please tell me if it's normal for me 2 be depressed, worried, & upset over my losses over Hurricane Katrina. Thanks.

My great grand father was a Jew (non religious) and now I am not officially Jewish (mother is non-jew). I am a Christian but I always felt a fascination about the Jewish way of life. I know we aren;t bound by rituals etc. But I feel a more in depth understanding of the Jewish culture would enrich my spiritual life. I heard about Messianic Jews but would like to know what's different in their way of worship and service before the Lord. I have a lot of good and bad experiences in the Evangelical / Pentecostal Churches. Good - because of God / Bad - because I've seen some ministries shifting from serving the brothers and sisters by serving themselves and am looking for a goo church. I live in the North East of England

A woman I supervise is leaving her position in a few weeks. over a year ago I lent her a book that while I haven't needed it in a year is a book I enjoy having for a reference. There is a lot of disrespect from the staff for the supervisors (myself included) I'd really like to get my book back how do I ask for it without seeming rude.

Is it acceptable to pray to Saints and worship Saints statues and the statue Mary according to the teachings of the bible and Jesus?

Leviticus 26:1, "Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God."

Jesus saith : I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6)

Then why the Catholics try to come to God through Saints? Dont they believe the Bible and its teachings ?

1 I can be father, son & husband at the same time But how can I be my own Father & my own son & a third person, it can be said that father & son are one as son is half the part of his father but how can a third HOLY GHOST can be part of the one?
2 Consept of God is all mighty, with out any need why God needed to do a play of disgracing his own im-mortal son by mortal humans? why can't he just do it any other way? & regarding upper lines true why he firstly used NOHA , ABRAHEM , ISOQ , JOSEPH , MOSES , DAVID , SOlAMAN , JOAN What was their roll.
3 Why I can or must go to heven if I am sinful, by just having faith on Jesus?
4 God Knows every thing in advance why He first made me sin full & then by making my kind(human kind) insult his son, he gave my kind incentive to have faith & be blessed, & what about those how were born before Jesus?
5 What is proof of bible being true in words which we belive is our faith?(where as in every other aspect there are so many mistakes , mistakes can't be word of God so they are changed part we only khow it because of science but what about our belife part we can't test it).
6 why son Jesus prayed to father wile they are one & God has every information in advance, why he him self need a thing & to get it he has to ask to him self? but God is God only if he is needless.
7 why he has to prais him self as son praised father while father son are one?
8 What has the need of God to create his third image the holly ghost?
9 if our Cristianity has no law for us why our Cristian Goverment all over the world has law as we are now free from our sin ?
10 if every human in world becomes a true Cristian & dont get married like pop & nuns, wouldent humanKind end.
I Hope Answer Will Be In True Cristion way which is very humble kind & loving.

I have been always tithing the gross of my wages. Now some other Christians say they are tithing nett. Although I really don't mind tithing as it is a pleasure for me I would just like a biblical proof which one is the right one? Also, migrated to another country lately and I didn't yet tithe this month. Is it correct to then a a fifth of tith to the amount this month as I didn't take out the tithe first. Or am I being to strict.

Please, don't come with arguments like God understands because I also understand it's a moral law God gives us to obey him in tithing.
