Becareful, it could me several different things. Here are a few:
1) Club hopping (Spinn, Athena, Hint, Blue, ZeroG, 13thFloor, Tangerine)
2) Heavy drinking (typically well into the night and perhaps a private after party)
3) All the above including hash and/or weed (aka marijuana)
4) All the above including cocaine, extacy, meth, etc.
Bangalore is a hip and happening place and partiers can range from low-income call center employees to high rolling real estate moguls and deep pocket expats. Bangaloreans party hard and frequently. The 11:30PM curfew on bars and clubs is almost always overlooked or followed by private parties at homes and restaurants.
