Jewish left this land thousands of years ago. don't u think those who remained on the land and never go anywhere have more rights on the land than those who left it. those who remained on the land could be Jewish, who converted to Christianity, who converted to Islam, who got mixed with other culture. Jewish in the other hand left this land, got mixed with Europeans and Russians. Islam take over the place hundred of years ago, and it's consider to be one of the holiest place in Islam.

but for Israel to be created, there must be an excuse. and Jewish are very good to make these excuses to find clarification for anything they want to do. they are so good that they can kill Jesus and make everyone accepted.

The Dome of the Rock is supposedly situated where Muhammad rose up to heaven on his night journey from Mecca to Jerusalem. This makes the Jerusalem the third most holy city in Islam after Mecca and Medina.

The real question is why do two religions which both hold idolatry as wrong worry about claiming holy cities.

I'm a muslim. I don't care how this land is important to Jewish. and yes it is holy to us as prophet Mohammed flew to sky from that place. Plus this was our land until Belfour Promise (spelling) gave the land to Israeilies. Just imagine that US will be two parts tomorrow. Part for the original US citizens and another part for another people coming from all over the world!

Well, no offence to any Muslim, but the land actually belongs to the Jewish. Maybe it's because the Muslims have the Dome of the Rock there.

It holds a little significance because a couple of their "holy" sites are there. But dont let that sway you. ALL of the so called holy sites in Isreal are forgeries. Not a single site is historically in context. They were ALL built way after the so called event, to give sites a religious kudos. Look it up if you dont believe me. Not a single one..

A true Muslim cannot depend on any place or idol. They take prayers towards Mecca.Muslim belief is that entire world is created by Allah for them and no other people have any right to live on earth. So not only Israel but USA and entire world is the birth right of Muslims only.

They want it for the Dollars they can earn from Agriculture and Tourism.

There is no religious significance to Muslims, only that Jesus was born in Bethlehem, and whilst they do respect Jesus as a prophet , they do not worship him.

SO its all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s

Some of them like the Dome of the Rock in Jeruselem. The Jews were there before the muslims were btw.

Jerusalem is the 3rd holiest site in Islam after Mecca and Damascus.
It's where Mohammed fled to after being chased from Mecca and where he prayed to before his vision of Mecca.
There is also the tomb of St. George who is also a muslim saint.
